Problem Statement
The structure of the German agricultural industry has changed. The competition among farmers has increased, forcing them to optimise their production by producing more and better meat. Additionally, they have to minimise the production costs without worsening the animal living standards. To take advantage of this situation, it is chosen to implement an automated feeding system to optimise the pig production in Germany.

The Objective
The objective in the project is to develop a product for optimisation of the pig production in Germany. In this context a package solution is made consisting of an automated feeding system, hardware and software.
